Bio

Bill grew up in a military family, and his early childhood memories are from his time in Germany where his father had been stationed. Though his family attended church, Bill cannot ever remember hearing the gospel or even the name of Jesus Christ until after he had graduated from high school. It was then that God faithfully brought people into his life to share the gospel with him, and Bill did say the Sinner’s Prayer at one point. However, the power of salvation would not begin to take hold of his life until much later.

Through a motorcycle accident Bill would meet his future wife in the hospital and begin the process of becoming Catholic, as both he and his wife, Marie, had plans to get married in Manila, Philippines. It was through this process that God really began to work in his life. It was not long after they were married that they left the Catholic Church and began attending Christian churches.

Bill and Marie would eventually land in a small church in Agua Dulce where they met a very dear family who began to disciple them. In one particular Bible study, Bill was introduced for the first time in his life to the doctrine of God’s sovereignty in salvation. This completely changed the course of his life!

As God began to grow Bill, he came to realize some dangers threatening the church he and Marie had been attending. This gave him a desire to know the word of God at a more in-depth level. Beginning in the Spring of 2011 he entered The Master’s Seminary, from which he would eventually graduate with a Master of Divinity degree in 2021. During that time, he served on the worship team at Lake Hills Community Church in Castaic and was eventually given the opportunity to lead the youth group. He served as youth pastor for nine years while leading worship and preaching from time to time.

In the Fall of 2025 Bill was called to be the Associate Pastor of Worship and Youth Ministries at Granada Hills Community Church to serve alongside his longtime friend, Eugene.

In the Winter of 2025 Bill was ordained to the gospel ministry by the elders of Lake Hills Community Church.

Bill and Marie have been married for 26 years and have a son named Zach.

Bill’s favorite pastimes include listening to music, leading youth group, and causing mischief!
